Below are 5 pointers in taking your best photos this summer while you are out and about.

1. Calm down when pictures are being taken. Likewise calmly smile, or just be in your natural state.

2. Take some time in the mirror, and find your best look. It helps to get to know the contours of your face ( face structure and etc…)

3. When it does come time for taking the picture, make sure you are looking into the camera if possible.

4. Erect posture helps when sitting in pictures, of course you will not always have a photo op in perfect motion, but good posture just looks better.

5. Last but not least, find out who your photographer works for, and if they are any good, use their services for your next fete.

Let’s evaluate this, let’s make sense out of our exchange of goods. I highly doubt this post will change minds on whether to purchase certain handbags, however, I do want you to think deeply about the worth of a handbag, and really see if you are maximizing your handbag for what its worth.

In  this post I will take three of the seaons hottest bags, and break down their full retail price ( @ SOCIALnista we respect artist/designers and don’t do knockoff’s). In contrast, we are going to breakdown how that handbag CAN work for your social benefit. Let’s get really ANAL here okay…beyond practical…

When reading this, keep in mind that average american’s make up more than half of the consumers of high end products. This include’s handbags. In essence we are the very people that teh product is being made for, we have made these fashion empires who they are over centuries, and they have made us happy. However, let’s not assume we are getting the good end of the deal…

All in all let’s get our money worth, the designers get there’s, let’s make sure we are all getting ours.

THE BAGS:

1. Louis Vuitton Mancrazy Monogram Jokes Handbag-American designed by artist Richard Prince. This bag is a limited edition LV handbag, and the end result is a look that we’d hate to see many wear. Let’s just be honest…you will be wearing on your arm an estimated 3k in leather.

Retail: $2710.00

ROI Factor: Okay where would you wear this bag? I am guessing a flight, summer in the city, out with your family to a local diner. Okay…help me out here…I am running out of ideas. Never had to think of the ROI.

2. Chanel Medium Lux Tote Bag-From the Lux collection, this simplistic black Chanel handbag features an embedded woven chain-and-leather shoulder straps and a large quilted logo in front. The logo is great for branding this product. However, are we getting our ROI? Let’s not forget to add that this pocket has a zip pocket and cell phone/PDA slots. the dimensions are: 12″L x 5″W x 12″H; 6″ drop handle.

Retail: N/A

ROI: Now this bag has a lot of functions, it carries all items needed for business transactions, and your make-up and all…however, I still need help with its ROI value. Help me here…

3. The last on our list is the Gucci Vintage Messenger Bag. the purse is gorgeous, however, teh most you can get out of the purse is your powder, and keys. Maybe this is all we need, maybe not. Again, I am having trouble breaking down this products ROI value. 

Its clear that this article was supposed to sum up the ROI of some of the best handbags. However, I created this blog, before I wrote this blog. Honestly, I thought it would be so simple and easy to present a handbag, and then write many ROI opportunities.

I was wrong. So we will have a part two post about this, and this time research will help us with learning about the value of handbags.

Well loves… below are 8 essential events that you must work into your summer, along with several wardrobe pieces to add to your body to make the event flow with social orgasms and of course fashion flair!

1. The Garden Party. Go to one and just be beautiful and breezy, as you work your plan to get that new job by Labor Day! Don’t have one to go to in your area? Well, hell find a garden in your city, and invite your closet friends and buy a bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers from Whole Foods…and their you go!

2. Summer Cookout. These events are light for everyone attending, and for you my dear, you must work this event as well. Whether you are shopping discreetly and “RULES” like for a new beau, looking for a new local hair stylist…you should look better than the other patrons at the event. We all deserve the attention…but we must earn the attention we get. How?

Wardrobe speaking I say do this via jewlery. Not jewlery you would see everyday…unique pieces that can be conversation pieces as you are interviewing your friends daughter as a potential babysitter, or dog walker. I also recommend designs by Boe.

The Reminder Bow Earrings, will capture the attention of your target speaker…and then you will simply have to roll off your tongue your request. Its a done deal after that

3. Summer Sex. Yes, its an event…of course it happens during more seasons, but hey its also business breaker as well of you women dont want to hear this—but it is. SORRY! So while you are tossing it and also chatting about the future of your bliss with your beau…it helps to make sure your introduction comes to him with a bang, not a blank.

I’d say wear something like the Gangster collection by Agent Provocateur… trust you’d be better than Denzel…
